Nothing. Woman on Reception causing long queues as she, in her own words... "can't work the computer" & general appointments - needed back uphelp waiting area full - to standing point - disgusting service.

I attended Sutton Hospital's Emergency Eye unit this morning and was very impressed by the care I received and the the very helpful receptionist who sorted out my problem with regard to insufficient time left on my ticket for the car park. Very grateful and enabled me to full participate in my appointment without further stress
